Natural Eye Care for Wrinkles (Crow’s Feet & Under-Eye)

Natural Eye Care for Wrinkles (Crow’s Feet & Under-Eye)

Natural Eye Care for Wrinkles (Crow’s Feet & Under-Eye)

Looking for a gentle, effective approach to natural eye care for wrinkles? This guide covers simple AM/PM steps for crow’s feet and under-eye wrinkles, which ingredients to consider (including niacinamide, bakuchiol and rosehip oil), and how to keep things comfortable with no added fragrance. For browsing, start with our Rejuvenate Collection.

Why the eye area wrinkles sooner

  • Thinner skin: the eye contour has less natural cushioning, so fine lines show earlier.
  • Expression lines: smiling and squinting create dynamic lines that can become set as static crow’s feet.
  • Sun exposure: UV contributes to collagen breakdown; sunglasses and SPF help reduce this effect.

AM routine for natural eye care

  • Cleanse: use a mild, non-sting cleanser; rinse well so nothing migrates into eyes. Rejuvenate face wash is a great choice.
  • Hydrate: apply light hydration to the orbital bone (not the lash line). Niacinamide pairs well with humectants (e.g. hyaluronic acid) to help the area feel smooth and comfortable. Our Rejuvenate Day Cream or Rejuvenate Serum are perfect daily choices.
  • Protect: finish with a broad-spectrum SPF appropriate for the face; complement with a hat and sunglasses. For practical advice on sunscreen use, see the NHS: Sunscreen & sun safety.

Safety: use products sparingly around the eyes and keep away from the lash line; avoid getting product into eyes or close to the eyes.

PM routine for crow’s feet & under-eye wrinkles

Step 1 — Cleanse

Cleanse gently to remove SPF and make-up - our award-winning make-up melt is a good natural choice. Pat dry — no tugging.

Step 2 — Lightweight treatment

  • Rejuvenate Serum (light, antioxidant slip): smooth a tiny amount around the orbital bone only, avoiding the immediate under-lash area. This gives slip without heavy residue.

Step 3 — Comforting night cream

Use a small amount of Rejuvenate night cream to cushion dryness that exaggerates lines. Vegan collagen and plant oils comfort, soothe and nourish - helping support barrier comfort and the look of fine lines around the eye contour.

Optional — Oil seal (very small amount)

  • Rosehip oil under-eye: press 1–2 drops between fingertips and tap a whisper-thin layer on the orbital bone to seal in hydration. Keep it light to avoid migration.
  • Bakuchiol usage (retinol-like benefits): start slowly (2–3 nights per week), apply sparingly to the orbital area only, and pause/space out if the skin feels tight.

Safety: patch test first, avoid the lash line, and discontinue if irritation or blurry eyes occur.

Gentle extras (optional)

Exfoliation (once weekly, not on the immediate eye contour)

  • Gentle exfoliator: use on the cheek/temple area to smooth texture that sits near the eye zone. Avoid direct under-eye and lids.

Hydrating face masks

  • Moisture masks: apply to the face, keeping a safe gap from the eye margin. Short sessions help skin feel cushioned without irritation.

Ingredients to consider (fragrance-free, vegan-friendly)

  • Niacinamide: supports barrier comfort and a more even look; easy to pair with humectants.
  • Bakuchiol: a plant-derived, retinol-like option used at night for a gradual approach.
  • Hyaluronic acid & humectants: help the area feel plumper and more comfortable.
  • Rosehip oil: emollient support to seal in hydration over water-based steps.

Fragrance guidance: if you’re sensitive, opt for products with no added fragrance. See Allergy UK’s overview: Allergy to cosmetics.

FAQs

Do I need a separate eye cream?

Not always. Many find a simple, natural skincare routine around the orbital bone works well. Focus on comfort, hydration and consistent SPF.

Can I use bakuchiol near the eyes?

Yes, with care. Start slowly, apply a tiny amount, keep to the orbital bone, and skip on nights your skin feels sensitive.

How do I layer serum, cream and oil at night?

Thin to thick: water-based serum → cream → a whisper of oil to seal. Always keep a margin from the lash line.
