How to use

Using Conscious Skincare Gentle Night Moisturiser.

  • Our creams are very rich therefore you only need a small amount to moisturize.
  • Apply a pea size amount to clean skin and gently massage in.
  • Apply more if required.
  • Blot off any excess with clean tissue.
  • All our creams are designed to melt on contact with your skin and in hot climates the cream may melt.
  • If this should occur, simply place the cream in the fridge and allow it to cool. This does not impact the cream and it is fine to use.

I am loving using the Day and Night creams

I am loving using the Day and Night creams. They are much thicker than similar products I have used before, but the balm melts onto your skin as it warms up. The scent is lovely; woody and fresh without too many floral notes. My skin has been looking clearer, with less redness, and it feels much smoother, too. I'll be recommending Conscious Skincare to anyone and everyone! I particularly love their ethos and that they are a Welsh company.

A really helpful product for my skin condition

I have Sjogren's Disease. This is a chronic auto-immune disease which causes very dry, sensitive skin.
I find that the skin on my face and neck is particularly affected at night.
From time to time exposure to the elements such as cold windy or sunny weather can cause a flare up in which my skin symptoms are particularly affected.
The use of this night cream really is a great help for me in managing both my daily needs particularly during a flare up.
Conscious Skincare provides excellent customer service and fully deserves the 5 star rating that I have given.

How do the active ingredients in this natural face cream work?

  • Organic Shea butter is an intensive skin moisturiser which is also rich in vitamins A and E. It helps to soothe and calm cracked, dry skin leaving it feeling soft and replenished. Our Shea butter is fair trade and made in Ghana.
  • Organic Cocoa butter is made by cold pressing the whole bean. This helps it to retain vital antioxidants which help fight damaging free radicals. Cocoa butter is also very high in fatty acids and hydrates skin deeply. It can also provide relief for skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema.
  • Vitamin B3 is soothing, anti-inflammatory and can reduce redness caused by rosacea. It also helps to calm eczema and improve skin elasticity and tone.
  • Organic Comfrey glycerol extract helps to rejuvenate your skin and keep it supple. It can also promote skin cell regeneration due to the high content of the phytochemical allantoin. Added Calendula tincture has an astringent effect on any skin problems.
  • We have also added Organic Evening Primrose oil to help your skin repair itself. This fantastic oil is high in GLAs which help maintain and nourish healthy skin. Evening Primrose oil is not only a great skin moisturiser, it also helps with moisture retention. This makes it ideal for dry and sensitive skin.
  • Organic Frankincense essential oil works to protect your skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. This is important as having dry skin can increase the appearance of aging.
  • Organic Sandalwood essential oil is very beneficial for sensitive skin. It tones and relieves itching, inflammation, and dehydrated skin. Sandalwood also has a calming and harmonising scent, and can assist with issues like eczema, psoriasis, and scar tissue.
