How to use

Using Conscious Skincare Gentle Face Wash.

  • Use mornings and at night, as required
  • Press pump once
  • Apply a small amount of face wash to wet hands a make a lather
  • Gently massage over face
  • Rinse well with warm water
  • Avoid eye area as wash may sting eyes
  • Follow with Gentle Exfoliant once or twice a week
  • Please handle glass carefully!

Sadly not for me

I love the principles of Conscious Skincare, and really appreciate their eco approach to packaging. I was excited to try this face wash (my normal brand had recently changed to using aluminium tubes that I can't recycle locally) but I had three issues with it. One was that it stung my eyes (minor), secondly when using my skin felt like it went tight and coated (almost squeaky, if that makes sense?!) but no ill after effects, just not a sensation that I enjoyed. Thirdly, and the deal breaker, it has sadly aggravated the eczema on my hands (the only new product I've been using). Disappointing as love the principles behind the product. Have returned to my old faithful from another brand, despite the packaging issues.

Gentle Face Wash

Leaves the skin feeling very soft afterwards, I like that the lather formed is delicate and the smell is natural. However it does slightly iritate my eyes so I have to take extra care when washing it off. The pump that came with the bottle didn’t work so I have to do without.

  • Biologische calendulabloemolie heeft bewezen antischimmel-, antiseptische en samentrekkende eigenschappen. Deze helpen de genezingsprocessen van uw huid te ondersteunen. Het bevat ook veel antioxidanten en is zeer effectief voor huidcelvernieuwing. Organische Calendula helpt ook de huid soepel te maken, terwijl het je huid kalmeert en hydrateert.

  • We hebben ook organische glycerine toegevoegd aan deze biologische gezichtsreiniger om je huid te hydrateren.
  • Biologische zonnebloemolie bevat een hoog gehalte aan heilzaam linolzuur (omega 6). Je huid kan het gemakkelijk opnemen en zonnebloemolie heeft ook goede poriënverkleinende eigenschappen.
  • Citrus Grandis (grapefruit) zaadextract werkt als een krachtige antioxidant om je huidcellen te beschermen tegen schadelijke vrije radicalen.
